My beginnings in art trace back to finger painting and making my mom write down tales of mermaids and talking dogs plucked from my overactive imagination. Working with my hands will always be my favorite way to create and that tactile form of creation largely impacts my design style today.

Watercolor

I have been learning watercolor for a few months and I love the freedom and spontaneity of this medium. From custom illustrations to logo design to landscapes, watercolor is so versatile.

Acrylic

I've played with acrylic and canvas my whole life, but recently I painted about 25 Bibles and journals. The unorthodox canvas was so exciting and challenging. I had to make sure the image looked great from the front, the back and the spine!

Macrame

This medium is so different from my typical art, but the challenge is so rewarding. I've made plant hangers, coasters, wall art and even a few purses out of macrame cord!
